What is Tech Tutors?
HOW DO WE MAKE TECH SUPPORT EASY?
Simple: Compassion, patience, and preparedness.
We strive to build our client’s confidence with by providing simple and effective tools.
There are 3 paths to choose from:
Path 1: “JUST FIX IT:”
This one is usually the fastest, but may include additional costs based on the situation.
The Tech Tutors specialist will show the theory and basic understanding of the situation, walking the client through hand in hand, until resolution.
Path 2: “SHOW ME:”
The Tech Tutors specialist will fully advise the client, as the client walks through, taking notes, and asking questions.
This option is usually the longest, but empowers the client to have the tools to solve the issue and many similar issues, on their own in the future.
Path 3: “TEACH ME:”
Standard costs:
Initial Consultation (over the phone): $25
On-site Evaluation: $25
In-Person diagnostics, repair, and triage: $50/hour (paid per minute.)
Disposal of old electronics: $25
All electronics purchased are susceptible to “COST” + 10% + local sales tax. (“COST” may include things like expedited shipping and handling.)
